The OWM attic ladder is a folding metal attic ladder with non insulated chipboard hatch door with smooth pintable surface. OWM model is a very durable 300 LB load capacity ladder with many features like other Fakro attic stairs. Anti-slip grooves on surface of each step are pressed into the treads to prevent slipping. Door support springs are going down with the door to clear entrance to the attic. OWM attic stairs is a high quality ladder for common non insulated garage area.
